Or, I should say “nearly” completed as they still need the guiderail boards added along the bottom sides (attached to the tops of the floor risers and holding the bottom row of bundles in place laterally in the real load). But I’m currently out of 2×6 strip.

Hi Chris
Looking terrific. What are you using for “lumber” – plywood scraps, balsa, foam, or??
Blair
Bits of pine (scrap 2×6) cut on my dad’s table saw.
Question on that top photo (the siding with the shed at the end) – where is that? I don’t recognize the background(looks like an open pit, or landslide, in the background).

The header is a random rotation of about a hundred different images, but I think you mean this one:

It’s part of a collection I acquired, and the slide mount said Batchewana.
Looks great! Also interested in how you make them/ what the correct dimensions are.
The bundles are 2 1/2 feet tall, approx. 4 feet wide and 8, 10, 12, or 16 foot lengths. (14 foot lengths are probably available from some mills as well, but I only did the first four sizes in my own loads.)
There’s more detailed information on the making of the load, plus printable files for all the graphics I used on the lumber loads page:
