These cars are just over 69&#8242; in internal length between the bulkheads.<\/p>\n<p>In 2005 these cars were transferred back to PROCOR and renumbered with UNPX reporting marks again, but keeping their 38000 series numbers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vanderheide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/wc38048.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1271\" src=\"https:\/\/vanderheide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/wc38048-500x229.jpg\" alt=\"wc38048\" width=\"500\" height=\"229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vanderheide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/wc38048-500x229.jpg 500w, https:\/\/vanderheide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/wc38048.jpg 871w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Both photos at Steelton yard in 2000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This pair of cars represents a group of what appears to have been about a 50 car series of WC flatcars that were leased from PROCOR in 1994.
